The Antigo Veterinary Clinic has 3 examination rooms to accommodate our clients. Each room is equipped with all the necessary items to perform routine examinations.

The treatment area of the hospital is where doctors and staff perform simple medical procedures, and patient preparation for surgeries occur. Dentistries are done under general anesthesia on the dental wet-table.

A wall mount digital dental x-ray machine allows us to take detailed x-rays of teeth, aiding us in diagnosing and treating dental health problems.

Our in-hospital diagnostic laboratory allows us to do comprehensive blood testing, urinalysis and fecal testing for your pet, including complete blood counts and chemistry profiles, clotting tests, electrolytes, fecal centrifugation and Giardia testing, heartworm testing and screening for tick-borne diseases.

We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field. If we don’t carry a medication you need, we will do our best to help you obtain it for your pet, and if necessary provide a written prescription.

This is where all our elective and emergency surgeries take place. We have 2 state of the art monitoring systems for the safety of your pet, a ventilator to assist your pet’s respiratory system, and I.V. fluid pumps to deliver medication to your pet as needed during surgery.

Our imaging suite is equipped to allow us to take x-rays of the chest, abdomen, limbs, head and neck, to help diagnose disorders of soft tissues, bones and joints. Radiography is an important part of diagnostic imaging in veterinary medicine. Ultrasound imaging of the abdomen and heart complement radiology in diagnosis of disease.
