Antigo Veterinary Clinic strives to help pet owners with financial challenges get care for their pets. We previously had a fund known as “The Angel Fund”. The fund was supported by donations and fundraising efforts, and the proceeds were used to help pets in need. We are now instead using the AVMF National Veterinary Charitable Care Grant Program for this purpose. This is a 501c3 organization and all donations are tax-deductible. Donations accrue in an account; we apply for a grant for withdrawal from the account to help pets in need. **UPDATE 2-23-2023 – The AVMA is now closing this program to donations and instead using a program called REACH.
